window installation urgent help needed

umeed hai aap sb khairiyat sy houn gy. mje aap ki help ki zaroorat hai.
mery pas shahbaz sharif youth initiative 2014 ki tareef sy diye jane wala laptop hai.
dell inspiron 3542..
is laptop me window8.1 pro install hai. is window me bugs buhat hain. games nai chaltien. me ny har type ka additional aur lastest software kiya hai mgr fifa 14 yaan koi aur game start nai hoti aur agr ho bi jaye to keypad work nai krta aur koi bi button press nai hota.
me buhat pareeshan houn. me chahta houn kis window ko khatm kr k new window install krun. mery pas window 8 ki original cd hai mgr wo install nai hoti.
mje pta chla tha k is k liye special technique hai me ny net sy search kr k dekha bi tha mgr wo tarika work nai kiya...
''SATA OPERATION'' change krny wala method tha ...
plz agr kisi ko window install krne ka method pta hai to bta dy
