    Weight Gain Tips
    1). Sabse pehle to Gym join kro.
    2). Mota hone ke lye zrori hy apko apni daily calories barhani pare gi...amoman hum rooz 2000 calories food khate hn....aik hafte mn 1 pound weight barhane ke lye apko extra 500 calories food khana pare ga [1KG=2.2pound]...lekin ho sake to aap 3500 calories food daily khao...3 4 month mn mote ho jao gy
    3). Ye jan'ne k lye ke har cheez mein kitni calories hoti hn..aap us food ko internet pe (food calories) likh ke search kr ke pata kr sakte hn
    e.g 1 apple = 90 calorie
    1 banana = 120 calorie
    1 pao Milk = 160 calorie
    4). Sabse ziada calories peanut butter, cheeze, makhan wali roti, badaam aur zaitoon ke tail mein hoti hy.
    5). Aap weight gainer supplement bhi khareed sakte hn...jiske 2 scoop apko daily 1000 se 1500 calories de sakte hn...lekin supplement ke sath apko gym lazmi krni pare gi...1 kilo apko 2500 tak mile ga.
    6). Mota hone k lye apko daily protein kitni leni hy ye jan'na bhi apke lye zrori hy...aam bande ko daily 40g protein required hoti hy...lekin apko 60g leni pare gi.
    e.g 1 pao milk = 8g protein
    7). Apko daily bohat se carbohydrates lene pare gy.
    8). In foods ko daily apne khane mn shamil kro
    E.g 4 eggs white, 3 banana, 2 apple, supplement, 1 pao meat, 1 cup rice, 4 potatos, 8 piece munakka, 8 piece kishmish, 2 anjeer, 5 khajoor, 25g badaam, 8 glass water, 1/2kg Milk.
    Surf 3 month mein Hatte Katte ho jao gy.
    9). Aur akhri tip: Apne mind ko gande khialaat se paak kro...namaz ki pabandi lazmi kro...girls se contact bund krdo...khaas toor par shaiwat ko apne qareeb bhatkane bhi na do.

    Note:Ye mera azmoda hy...bus jaib mein paise hone chahye.
    Lekin Agar apke paas paise ziada nhe aur apko aik dam mota nhe hona to aap daily kishmish, milk, potato, halki exercise aur rice khane se 1 saal mn mote ho sakte hn...ye chezain ko aam hn aur sisti bhi lekin is k lye bhi tip 9 zrori hy..

    Dairy products ka use ziada kar den or Aloo Gobi khane par khaas tawajo dain. In'shaa'Allah.. Allah Talah aap ko mota karen gy.

    janab kisi bhai ne kisi product ka zikar kiya tha jo shayad unani store se milti hai Rs:200 men aor koi nuqsan nahi deti wo sahi hai.ap ka masla hal hojaye ga.
