How To Turn On PTCL Modem With Shehbaz Sharif Solar Home System

My little brother just got a small solar home system from his school in Shehbaz Sharif Ujaala Program Scheme. I was just wondering if i could turn on my PTCL modem when light is off with this Solar System.

As you can see DC output on controller and PTCL power input ports are same both and output on every port in the controller is 12v and PTCL modem also needs 12v

Please tell me how can i turn on my PTCL modem with this solar system...
