Can't delete folder from usb drive

I downloaded a video from Torrent it was working perfectly when i downloaded. couple of days later it said that that folder was 74 GB big when i only have 8 GB. when i opened the folder it had random folders inside which i did not make and they were named with some weird language. also i can't save anything in the folder and when i run a virus scan of the folder it says some files can't be scanned. I have installed windows 7 and Eset smart security 8.

ok if you wanna delete that folder then just download "unlocker" software install it in your PC, then make Right click on that folder and click on unlock there will be definitely a option to delete that folder just select that n you will done,

start your computer in safe mode and you can delete any folder or file which you want. For starting pc in safe mode restart the pc and press f8 button until windows advanced menu does not appear.
