add-on problem ,,,kindly solve

Assalamoalaikum wr wb.
i dont know what is add on..kindly telll me ,,, and i am having a problem with it, in some websites, when i open them then a note comes on screen that internet explorer has encountered a problem with following add-on and needs to close. sorry for inconvenience...
aur neechy uss add-on ka naam likha hota ha "csshm.dll" ghaaliban yehi ham,, jase itduniya ki he web pe aik thread Computer aur urdu, walay mein, jis ma Bilal ne aik kitaabcha dia ha k wo download kar lain, mein download karne k liay khholti hon to ye error aa jata ha, aur wo khhulta he nahi, to kya karon? iss k ilawa bhi kai cheezon mein ye problem aa rahi hai,,,kindly help me...plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

thanks alot ......... but mein ne wo file download ki ha to wo file type "rar" ha, usko Run karo to computer note de deta ha k window cannot open this file, use window to find an appropriate program, or select the program from the list, ab kya karon?

Dear app Winrar Download kar lo or us ko apnay pc mein install kar k fir file ko open karo tou wo file open ho jaye gi.
