it seems that the first one is impossible but i have solved the others:

2 + 2 + 2 = 6

(3 X 3) - 3 = 6

4 + 4 - ^4^ = 6 ^^ = under root

(5 / 5) + 5 = 6

(6 - 6) + 6 = 6

7 - (7 / 7) = 6

8 - ^^(8 + 8)^^ = 6 ^^ ^^ = taking under root twice

9 - (^9^ X ^9^) = 6
