    Default Excel file error (file extension is not valid)

    Dear members
    i have lost my office data but I recovered data with recovery software but my some excel files cannot open. When I open file show error msg (file extension is not valid ). Plz help me and guide me that where I find data in which section on this site.

    What extension is showing....
    And..Change the extension to .xls
