ORACLE & MIKROTIK HOTSPOT

this question is for all network specialist,

i am currently using MIKROTIK ROUTER OS 5.20
i have approx 30 users all are connected to mikrotik via PPPOE server,
i have also configured a D.H.C.P server,
i have another system that is ORACLE SERVER "textile management software".
the problem is that when all the users connected with oracle software through dhcp then they do work fine but when i try to configure a "HOTSPOT" on mikrotik (to use internet on mobile devices) users start disconnected from oracle server software.

i want to know what is this problem i am unable to resolve this. can anyone help! ?
