I need to have an idea of Cloud Based Account Software, if anyone have some experience with such softwares, please reply here with details as I need to have some software with re-seller rights and need to know the customization options.

Brother if you are looking for accounting software, which is cloud based the best is Quickbooks. Sage50, zoho accounts etc are also good. Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle are enterprise solution.

Cloud solution will not offer customization in layout or procedures/policies but only reports.
