DVD Rom is not recognizing in bios?

My system is dell optiplex GX240 and it is not recognizing dvd rom in bios setting ,i have changed jumper,and cables also. Dvd rom light is blinking but it is not giving display in bios setting when i am entering in bios setting it shows cd is not installed,whether this dvd rom is showing in another pc .what should i do,can anyone give me the solution of this problem.

Try Changing The Power CABLE It might not Be Getting enough Power

Alhamdulillah i have found the solution of this error .
Press f2
press alt+delete
beep sound comes
press esc
and save.
problem In Shaa Allah will be solved
