how can VOB video file be converted into MPG file?

kindly help me , i want to covert a file of VOB type of 0.99GB into MPG or a file type which have a size of almost 100 MB , is there any programe to convert these type of files into a small sized file, ? kindly give answer....

kya agar ham dvd ko convert karte hain, to dvd pe bhi koi farq paray ga,? ya wo wase he rahay gi, aur phir ham converted files ko writable cd pe write kar sakte hain?

ok , but basically i want to convert dvds of Zaid hamid to writable cds, so that i can distribute them to many people, bcoz buying dvds is very expensive for me, but writing them to Cd will not be too expensive,,,,,you also listen to dvds of Zaid Hamid, (defence expert) and visit his website, www.brasstacks.pk
