Memory Full problem with Android Cellphone Samsung Galaxy J5

I have a Samsung Galaxy J5 cellphone. Recently in past few days my J5 is giving alerts for memory full almost 5-6 times a day. I simply cannot understand what is causing this problem when memory appear to be 98% full. Previously memory was around 92 ~ 94% and there was no issues. The memory enhances itself in course of use. So the functioning of cellphone becomes slow and erratic.
Somebody please help is matter.

bhai mere aap ko software karwane ki zaroorat nahi hai bar bar yeh cookies aur cache hotien hain jo phone ki memory ko full kar deti hain aap phone k file manager main ja kar aik folder ho ga android uss ko khatam kar dien uss k ilawa aap jo browser use karte ho uss k folder ko open kar k filemanger main phir uss main se cookies aur cache k folder ko ura dien agar phir bhi koi problem ho tou batana.

i am facing same problem in J5.
mai ne card mai partition bi ki thi lekin pehly dafa tek kam krta hy len agr mob ko restart kia tu pir ye msg ata hay "link2sd moun not found" agar iska hal kisi k pass hay tu pir ye tareqa best hay.
