Problem here brother with xp

Aslam O Alaykum!

I have Gen. WindowsXP Professional 100%

I have some problems here.

1- When i start my computer it show that " press del and check power monitor i checked my computer shows over heat and low voltage in green wire because Orange color is for 3.3 v and it show 2.0 or less and red color i check power supply there is mention that orange is 3.3 v its mean sometime
my computer supply fail to through 3.3 v in orange one.

2- once i face problem windows error and it show me that reboot and repair windows by using cd i did after that it hide my E drive data but show used space but not show files even dos boot up understnd then i format E drive it is ok now what happen my all data gone

3- now all ok but windows start honay main kafi time letee hay per jab chall jay too speed theek ho jati hay it slow when windows xp logo and running band understand yaar i cnt offort reinstall windows because i have hell of softwares installed

help me plz brother

hahah brother this is not my problem i am talking about before windows start
when you see a black screen written by WindowsXP and a small scroll running left to right that s the problem i count last time after 3 to 5 run it got complete and start windows but now it run more then 20 and very slow Ram is ok prosessor is ok hhd is ok yaar i am thinking to join troubleshooter team of itdunya and ....... sorry bro it is my misstake i fail to explain my prob anyway no i think you understand what is mean i wan to say have a lovely reply take care
