problem in labtop battery

salam to all

expert plz help me to solve my labtop battery
i have toshiba satellite windows 7 on it about 9/10 ago
i change battery now it takes lot time to full charge
about 10 to 12 hours when i remove power cable it
discharge in 40 to 50 minutes what should i do to solve
this issue please reply soon thanks a lot.

Brother Ho sakta hai k jo battery ap nay new insert ki hai woh battery kharab ho?
our woh battery kis quality ki hai? means k Original copy hai ya phr local?

10 se 12 hours keu charge kiya or dosra over recharge honey ki waja se bi bettery foran farig ho jati hai mery sath ye ho chuka is liye merey khayal me betterey me masla a chuka hai
