    windows 10 me mobile hotspot ki option hoti hai likin mery pas nai arahi...kia mobile hotspot ki option sirf windows 10 Anniversary update me ati hai?

    Yup. Version should be 1607. Check your version by going to SETTINGS>SYSTEM>ABOUT.

    1607 is downloading in windows update but always failed to download..what should I do?

    is there a manual way to download windows 1607 update???
