Windows 10 Installation Problem from USB

Assalam o Alaikum everyone...
Bro mene Apni University se Windows 10 USB me li, BOOTABLE me. Magar mene open kar li computer men explore karke ke. Uske baad Open ka option aata he jis me ja ke SET-UP ka aata he option to uss se mene Install ki. Aor driver Wifi connect karke install kar liye. Ab problem ye hai ke jab men Personalize karta hn to option aata he ke Windows dubara install karo. Mene do teen baar SETUP option se ki hai ghanton beth ke but masla solve nhi ho rha. Aor Product key bhi nhi he lagi agar men Windows+R button laga ke Windows key dekhta hun to. Lekin University waalon ne jo Bootable di hoti he us me Key hoti he.
Ab aap log baatao ke is masle ka solution kyaa he???
Kya mujhe dubara bootable banani paregi ksi tariqe se agar haan to wo tariqa batao aap?? Agar koi aor solution he to wo batao aap.

ap usb open kr ke serial key wali file dakh lain na..uder key wali notepad file hoge..

windows per reh kar windows karna koi achi baat nahi is se app ka pc ager infected hai tu app ka hone wala windows bhi infected ho jaye ga...

lehaza app ko chaye ke bootable win10 se boot kara ke phir installation kare...

Bro the Windows on which I did new Windows it was working fine. No virus or anything other had stopped. But Pur University's management was providing the New Windows that's why I got intrest in it and got the Windows from them. But the problem is occurred which I have described in this thread.
