excel formula ??

In excel sheet, if i put 12,000 in one cell how i can get 100,000/- in another cell.
please explain with formula.

if i multyply 12000*8.333333/10=99,999.99 which is equal to 100,000/-
my actual question is how 8.333333 has calculated.
