    Unhappy Installed Memory Ram: 4 GB ( usable 3.24 ) Please help Experts

    Asalam o alekum muja kafi din se ye problem aa rahi hy Ram to 4gb hy but 3.24 nakabil e istamaal hy kis tarha isko solve kia ja sakta hy ???
    Windows 7 32bit use kar raha hu
    kafi martba windows reinstall bhi kar k dekhi hy
    net pr jo jo solution milay sab try bhi kia hain still facing same issue plz help me plzzzz

    msconfig wala option bhi use kia hy
