i have a question for web and android developers.!!

Assalam o Alaikum dosto. aj kafi din ho gaye me aik cheez k bary me soch raha hu or search b kr raha hu but mujhy ye kahi sy b pata nahi lag rahi. me ny puchna ye tha k ham virtual phone numbers ki mobile application ya fir temporary mobile numbers ki website kesy bana sakty hain? ye websites ya apps kesy kam krti hain? mobile number to generate ho e jaye but ye sab kuch backend py kesy work krta hy? kindly koi banda meri ye confusion door kr sakta hy? me b wesi e aik app ya website banana chahta hu. just for testing. so please agr kisi k pas koi valid answer hy to please btaiye ga. mujhy ItDunya e akhri sahara nazar aa rahi hy jaha sy mujhy ye answer mill sakta hy. so please help me to find the mystery behind this.. !
