Usb Device not Recognized

My laptop has 2 usb ports, 1 is 2.0 compatible and 1 is 3.0 compatible, Suddenly my 2.0 port stop working and my 3.0 is working but is only running usb but my other devices like wireless mouse, wired mouse, connecting mobile devices via usb cable is not recognized
i had searched google and tried many things, but nothing helped.

Can someone please share how the problem can be resolved.

try to clean usb ports with thinner using soft brush or use usb connector maybe your problem will fix

Will try, i think there is some other software problem, as my 3.0 port is running usb drive but other usb devices are not running.

میرے سسٹم پر بھی دونوں طرح کی پوٹس ہیں
اور دونوں پر یو ایس بھی 2 رن ہوتی ہے

ونڈو کونسی انسٹال ہے؟
ڈیوائس منیجر میں جا کر دیکھو کہ وہاں کیا صورت حال ہے
اور
دنوں پوٹس کے کنیٹرز صاف کر لے توجہ سے لگا کر دیکھیں
وئرلیس ماؤس کا اُس سے کوئی تعلق نہیں ہے

دونوں پورٹس کے ڈرائیو ان انسٹال کر کے دوبارہ انسٹال کر لیں مسئلہ حل ہو جائے گا ڈرائیور کرپٹ ہونے کی وجہ سے ایسا ہو جاتا ہے
