problem to open youtube

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته!
expert please help me as soon as possible

kafi arsa say maray pass youtube sing in nahi ho rahi the
bahot try ki mugar nakam raha tang aa kar main nay google accounts say youtube account ko remove kar deya tha us ka bahad youtube kam nahi kar raha hay sing in bhi nahi ho raha ha (Can't create new account because of past account issues.)
na he koi video open ho rahi ha na he koi aur file please help thanks
