Solution 1: Tweak Certain Settings in the Group Policy Editor.
Solution 2: Set UAC to a Lower Setting.
Solution 3: Install the Program with the Administrator Account.
Solution 4: Add the Problematic File's Signature to Trusted Signatures.

Go Control Panel > User Accounts and click at Change User Account Control Settings option.
At the User Account Control Settings window, drag the slider at the lower position to completely disable UAC.
Restart your computer and then try to run the program with the error.
