Mere pass aik workplan ha jis ki header row F5:AC5 tk ha. Is main month k name ha Yane June 24, July 24 etc.
Row F6 se mere workplan ki activities hain yane meetings etc etc. har activity apny month k hisab sa mark ki hoi ha.
ab main ya chahta hon k har aik activity k against jis month m ya plan hoi ha uska month mjy aik cell m return aay. Mere pass formula ha lekan ya bht complex ho gaya ha mj sa. Is leye main chahtta hon k aap logon m sa koi mere madad kar de aur isko simple kar de, ya koi aur method aap logon ko malom hot u kindly share kar dain.

Ya formula har row ya activity k against AC6 tak search krta ha jo cell bhe empty naee ho ga ya us m kuch bhe lekha ho ga usko return kry ga. Chay wo 1 cell ho, 2 hon ya 3 cell hon. Yane agar meeting pory 1 year m 5 dafa plan hoi ha tu ya tamam month mjy return kary ga.
