Website Designing Paid UnPaid???????

dear all users
this is abdullah with u, i want to develop a website for my ladies wear with e payment option in futeru. but now i just want to setup a website. i want o have a .com domain, where should i get register free?? or cheap?? n another thing is that after purchasing this domian i need hosting co.. so for hosting should i use free hosting sites or paid and why plz clearify as it will give me help understaning, n for epayment option wht is ur suggestion? although i dont put it in beginning but letter on i want to put it.. do u know any cheap epayment gateway...? plz suggest..
