window install

hello my friends how r u.i have a maslaha(problem)i have window 98.and i want completely finish i mean unistall win 98 andi want to install windowxp. i have window xp cd so plz any body will guide me how i can i win 98 unistall from system and install xp .please help so please explaine because i am not very good in pc so i dont want that in the middel of installition i stuck then it will give me problem so please explaine me every thing i will greatful.please help me

well read this very closely enter win98 cd in cd-rom and system start in ms-dos and format c: drive or where u intalled win98 ok
now dos start like that
a:>
u enter cd-rom drive like that
F: enter
or what is ur cd-rom drive letter ok if u had 3 partition c,d, or e ur cd drive letter in dos is F:
ok after u enter in cd-rom drive and in win98 folder write this
f:\win98>format c:/q/v (well /q/v is for format drive quickly or if u want full format u enter)
f:\win98>format c: enter
then cpu ask u to yes or no u enter yes ok
then formating start
after format its ask u to what is the name of ur drive i mean drive volume(name of drive)
u enter like ur name or what
then u restart and insert winxp cd
then ur xp setup is start well if u r educated u should be know what can u do next ok more help or not?
