A program to make a 2 dimention ARRY 3*3 and initialiize them with same time..

make 2 dimintyion array 3*3 initialize tem and there sum store in third ARRAY. using the Metrix rule..

make 2 dimention array 3*3 initialize tem and there product store in third ARRAY. using the Metrix rule..
and also show metrics.
