Boost RAM , is it right method ?

maynay aik din video watch ki the jis mayn bataya gayatha kay RAM ko boost kaisay kartay hayn , method kuch aisa thaa

open notepad
type mystring=800000
then sace as myram.vbe
double click on save file and restart pc

plz yai bataeyn kay kiya yai method sahi hay , kia ham is method say boost kar sctay hayn ???
