How to Record Videos from Camera on my PC ?

Aslam o Alaikum Everyone,
Meine yeh pochna hai ky meray pass handy cam hai aur aksar uss per Videos record karta rehta hoon aur yeh Month yani Eid-e-Milad per tu bai shumar Mehfils ki Videos record ki but har dafa 200-250 Rupees dai kar CD per record karwana buhat mushkil hota hai tu meine yeh pochna tha mujhe iss baat ka hall batain ky mein apne handy cam say videos ko apne PC per kaisy record karoon ? iss ky liye mujhe kiss Card ki zarorat hai ?

Actually meray pass aik TV Tuner hai aur meine aik doo dafa uss ky sath Camera ki cable laga kar apne PC mein Video record bhi ki hai but aik tu uss ka result buhat ganda hai aur dosra woh 1 minute ki 30-40 MB lai laita hai.
So aghar mujhe kisi achy say TV Tuner ka Company name and Model number mill jata tu buhat meharbani hoti...
