Checking Your Windows Vista Activation Status

Yeh tip aap ko bata de gi keh aap ki Windows Vista genuine hai ya nahi

1) Start button par click karain
2) Run box mein cmd type kar keh enter press karain
3) Command prompt open oh ga yahan par aap slmgr.vbs -dli likh kar enter karain, kuch der wait karain to aap ko aap ki windows ka license status pata chal jiay ga

Disabling Automatic Startup Programs

Yeh kafi irritating hota hai, startup mein falto kay programs open ho jatay hain, lekin ab nahi

1) Start button par click karain
2) Run/search box box mein msconfig likh kar enter karain
3) User Account Control mein Continue button ko click karain
4) Startup Tab ko select karain
5) Uncheck any boxes in the "Startup Items" that you wish to disable

Adding Another Time Zone To Your Clock

Windows Vista mein aik nie khobi yeh bhi hai keh yeh aap ko dosray mulk ka time bhi minton mein dekha deta hai

1) Nechay say Clock icon par click karain
2) Additional Clocks tab ko select karain
3) "Show this clock" walay button par check lagien
4) "Select time zone:" drop-down menu mein say time select karain
5) "Enter display name:" text box par click karain aur apni clock ka naam rakh dein

Resizing Your Windows Vista Desktop Icons

You can resize your Desktop Icons in Windows Vista very easily.

1) Desktop par right-click karain aur view select karain
2) "Large Icons", "Medium Icons", or "Classic Icons" mein say koi bhi select kar lein

Desktop par left-cllick karain
Hold down the CTRL key ab agar aap kay mouse mein scrolling ka option hai to ussay use karain aur icons ka size adjust kar lein

<Windows Key> + Spacebar (moves the focus to the Sidebar)
<Windows Key> + Pause (opens the System Properties portion of Control Panel)
CTRL + <Windows Key> + Tab (opens persistent Flip 3D)

And of course there are the usual <Windows> key shortcuts from previous Windows versions:

<Windows Key> + D (toggles showing the desktop)
<Windows Key> + E (opens File Explorer)
<Windows Key> + F (opens a search window)
<Windows Key> + R (opens the Run window)
<Windows Key> + T (cycles through the tabs of the applications on the taskbar)
