Conficker.AL worm/virus se chutkara chahiye... plz help

kuch dinon se mere PC mein musalsal yeh Warnings aa rahi hein, mein ne MCAfee ki website se Stinger.exe file download kar k chalai us ne kuch Jobs file delete keen jin k barey mein us ne bataya keh Conficker.A worm se bani hein ya infected hein ( mein ne koi job create nahin keen ), complete online Scanning bhi karwai hai magar kuch faaida nahin huwa, agar koi Expert help karey to bohot mashkoor hounga.

PC ko safe mode main restart karain, tamam temporary files aur internet temporary files ko delete kardain, aur phir Safe mode main hi NOD32 say scan karain dobara.

sheeda bhai ne sahi solution bataya hai is ke ilawa aap apni tamam hiddens files and folder per check laga kr unknows files bhi delete kar den.... insha Allah aap ka masla hal ho jaye ga

AOA all mere saat bhi ye he problem hai conficker aa worm k name se virus araha hai maine reinstall bhi karleya pc magar phr ana start ho gaya mere pas eset nod hai ek file dekhata hai "pmanabiz.y" is ko kaise remove karo help expertssssssssssssss
