ptcl broadband need help

meray pass ptcl ka dsl ka 1mb connection hai.magar is may speed kabi b 100 kb nahi aati or connetion b dsl modem say bar bar disconnect hota hai or khud hi connect b ho jata hai.jis ki waja say mujay downloading may buhat problem hoti hai.kiya kisi or k saath b same problem hai.pleas is ka koi solution batain.thanks

Aaj kal thora problem chal raha hai PTCL BroadBand me Mere paas bhi 1MB connection hai me ne aaj complain ki hai unho ne kaha hai ke INSHA ALLAH 24 hours me theek hojayega

hai dsl 6,7 din se sahi workinkg mai nhi hai
anyway u can call helpline
is k elawa koi hal nhi hai

Apni PTCL exchange se rabta ker k, ZTE ka Modem lagwa lo. Free of cost change ho jata hay.

call ptcl broad band help line for this problem and they will give u complaint no but no any technical staff will come to check ur problem.i have da same problem in my end

DSL connection mein aap ko "LINE SPLITTER" lagana perta hai. Phone line jo bahier se aa rahi hai uss ke agay "LINE SPLITTER" lage ga. Iss splitter mein se ek line aap ke dsl modem mein jai gi aur doosri line telephoe mein jai gi. Line splitter ko aksar line filter bhi kehtay hain. Agar aap iss splitter ke beghair internet use karin ge to jaise hi aap ki koi call aie gi to aap ka internet disconnect ho gai ga.

The purpose of line splitter is that you can use internet and phone at the same time.........

Meray Bhai... Yahi masla meray sath bhi taqreeban 1 haftay se chal raha hay... Par PTCL walay kehtay hain ke ye masla saray mulk me hay...Ab patha nahi wo such kehtay hain ya jhoot..
