nobody help me before

first of all i have complain to exparts.that i have already wrriten my problem(about network driver)but nobody help me.people come here for solve there problem.but when nobody help them then must be disoppinted.anyway today i come for another problem. for copying data from hard drive to dvd rw. i try to copy there with every method i mean i try copy /paste.burn but its not work i try with nero as well but not succeeeed.plz dont think my dvd rw have fault.its work fine because when i try to burn my movie in that its work fine .so plz tell me why its not work thankyou.and second things i show u in screen shouts that i put my dvd rom blank dvd disk its showed full(used)and wgy its show(read) cd. although i put in it dvd.plz help me i am very worring because i cant copy my any documents on my cd(dvd)
