RUNDLL message...how to tackle it..plz help

jab meray computer ko lagay hoay koi 15 min guzar jaatay hain to ye msg screen par aa jata ha...can some experts tell me how to deal it successfuly? plzzzzzzzz help

i think k yeh scheduled task prob hai.....Aap ueh step follow karain

1. goto start>>programs>>accessories>>Sysytem tools>>>scheduled task>>>

2.. aur wahan paretologic naam ki file ko delete kar dain....

umeed ha k aap ka masla hal ho jaye ga.....
