It Experts Please help me regarding UPDATE my IBM Bios
Error Number. 167 No Processor Bios Update Found
I Tried to Search BIOS Update from Different Sites But Could not find
Please provide ref if any body knows

I already download it from the link you provide
but problem is that it requires Floppy Disk to extract the files
Floppy is not available at Market
Files cann't be extracted
Can you Tell me how can we extract these files on HDD to Write on CDs for boot and update BIOS. EVEN WIN-RAR is also unable to Extract.
