How to increase speed of Bit Torrent or Torrentz...........??

Aslamoalikum,

Hello Heroes,

This time I am here just to know.. how to increse the speed of Bit Torrent or any other Torrentz, Note, I am using Bit Torrent, and I have 1 mb of connection from PTCL, if I use IDM I do achieve my downloading rate at 122 or 125 but that stable on 117kbps, now I want to know while I am using.. Bit Torrent it maximum reaches at 100kbps, I analyze the Programe,,, and I am confuse.. while downloading the data,, Bit Torrent is uploading something.. at the rate of 10 or 12kbps, I am sure,, if i can stop this uploading rate hence my downloading rate will be increase... Am I right?
or help me whats the matter can upgrade my speed.. its been assure I can download the files with 117kbps with IDM,, so why not with Bit Torrent??

Khizer bhai thanks for your post.. os se speed mn to fark para hai.. but meri normal speed.. 50 kbps a rahi the.. jo pahlay 95 hoti the.. apka tareeka istamal kr k mn ne dobara 95kbps achieve kr lia hai.. but Bit torrent still uploading k liye 12-14kbps use krta rehta hai.. mn ye kbps uploading ki bajai downloading mn use krna chahta hoon.... mera masla ye tha..
yani agr uploading speed ruk jai to I may achieve near about 110KBP by torrent..
Hope you may understand now..

Bhai Kingston mein ne xp mein cheat engine use kia hai aur isse meri torrent downloading 200kbps per hoti thi i am using 1mb dsl of ptcl lekin ye cheat engine win 7 mein kam nahi ker rha hai ap ne jo setting btai hai meine use ki hai lekin kam nhi ker rha hai.........plz plz plz help me
