Automatically Hiding folers issue

Aslamau Alaikum,
I am using Domain Controller and my all office data stored in same system, its fine. My issue is that after one or two days computer automatically hide some folders from hard disk drives.
Please tell me how i get rid off this problem.

You means there is such kind of virus that is doing this one ok fine.
Now tell me some thing about folders problem, some folders are read only and when i uncheck them to escape from read only after applying "ok" , read only check comes again automatically whats issue in it or how i tackle this issue easily.

actually ur computer is infected thats why..
