Key board malfunction

When I press the key for...@.... but it is typing...."...(quote) So to
type @ symbol, I have to press the " (quote) key.
Any tip/trick to correct this problem. Rest of the keys are working fine.
My key board is Genius/China.

Bhai, Salam Alikum,

I tried and set the language. My keyboard is set on US English and
Urdu and both languages are working fine. Only those two keys which
I mentioned earlier are interchanged.
The procedure you advised me is not working and still the same condition.
If some thing else you guess, it will be nice.
Although it is not bothering me much but for knowledge, I was interested.
Anyway, thanks for replying and taking interest.
