Black screen After windows logo

I don't know what the .... is causing this problem.

Recently i noticed after booting up the windows i get ,instead of my desktop,is a black screen.I KNOW TO TURN ON MY MONITOR.my monitor shows the signal but nothing gets displayed or sometimes i get is a garbled screen full of ä or like characters.

But what is making me mad is windows boot up fine when booting up without any of the graphics card.

I Know my POWER SUPPLY IS FINE.i have a 650w PSU.

Tried many things but no success.
NO NOT EVEN FORMATTING THE WHOLE HDD OR RECREATING PARTION HELPED ME.

Google for it a lot but didn't seem to find perfect help.

Now i m working with my crappy onboar 64M GRAPHICS CARD DELTA CHROME,S3G.

Anyways,my Specs:
AMD 64 X2 Athlon 6400+ dual core ~ 3.23GHZ two processors.

ATI RADEON 2950 512M and 4870 512M ~ both removed because of the problem.

320GB HDD 32M cache @10000RPM

Ram:3GB(2GB + 1GB) all running at 800mhz

And Write
Explorer.exe

Bro! HO! Ho!.man.You...YOU...i realised that u didn't get the matter.
Anyways,that wouldn't help either.i can only work,with my both graphics card installed,in the safe mode or may be the VGA MODE.

AND also with my graphics card on'i can only set my resolution to less than or equal to 640x480x16.before when my graphic card was working fine i use to be at 1440x960x1.42billion colors.

Any further assistance..

Bro shahroz Aawan i did a clean install with both xpsp3 and vista64sp2&sp1.but no success.i even made partitions again...thank u 4 u r interest...
