yes you can use clean&cleaner acne clean.it really works in 24 hours .but its may costly i think its for 250.
or you can use MULTANI MITTI.
or an indian creamNOMARKS is also wonderful.and this is availabale at every departmental store

1-You can use Fade milk of Palmers Eventone
2-Palmers coca butter soap for marks
3- Make a home made creme put Vitamin E capsule, Vitamin A tube(available in medical stores, and Vitamin C tube (also available in medical stores) , this is very effective for acne spots and uneven complexion
