Hello there ,
A review from yours truly;

The first thing that i do when reviewing any website is to check the source code and on doing that i found out that you website was being run using tables and my thought about tables is *YUCKY

.
I think you should lose the tables and make your website xhtml/css valid . After doing that i would recommend having a better header , perhaps use one of the pictures that you showcase in your website , blend 2 or more to make a great effect. And lastly i would say that you increase the width your the whole layout , it too much mushed in.
