Window 7 Problem!!!!

HEllo dears. maine window7 install ke hy apne system pr... ab masla kuch yooun hy .. k taqreeban 7 din hoe hai install kiye... k ek masla bar bar araha hy.. aur wo ye k system k on hoty he ek error ajata hy... aur jis k nichy likha hota hy. k

1-resolve it. or resolve it later
2-Computer on hoty he jo wallpaper desktop pr hoti hay wo Khatm hokar desktop black hojata hy.
3-nichy clock se thora sa oper desktop pr ye nazar ata hy..es k saath kiya kia jaye...so kindly help me...its a huge prob. for me... screen shot atttach kr raha hoon...dekh lijye..
