problem dsl 1 mb of ptcl

i use 1mb dsl of ptcl my downloading speed is 100kb/sec and some of my frnd have the same facility but the have speed of 250kb/sec...what is actually the problem pls help me dears

Brother 250 KBPS in 1 mb link per ap acheive nahe kr saktay. Downloading speed Main Bohat Sarey Parameters Aa Gatay Hai... Ap ki Telephone Line Quality, Jis Server Se Ap Download Kar Rahay Ho File Wo Kitna Fast Hai. Agr aik Slow Server hai zahir wo thora slow download kray... FOR Example agr ap rapidshare se koe file download krtay ho Free main wo Kam Speed Se download ho ga as compared agr aik banda download krta hai Premium Account se.. So Brother these things Matter.... Ap apni Telephone Line Check Karwaein is main koe Noise to nahe... !!! May be aesa ho sakta hai ke jab ap download kr rahay ho PTCL per us wqt zeyada traffic ho!!!

PTCL also gives facility ke local exchange se ap ke ghar tk Fibre cable bicha deya gata hai, yeh options kuch exchanges main available hoti hai.. aur is ki aik extra fees hoti hai round abt 500/600 rs! ap apni exchange se contact karain agr wo exchange se ap ki ghar tk Fiber Optic cable bichatay hain to...
Also apni telephone line ke parameters check krain.

1 MB per 250 KBPS aa hi nahe sakti!! Maximum u can acheive 124 KBPS (1024/8 = 124 KBPS Max SPeed u can acheive in downloading with 1 MB LINK), Yeh main apni taraf se nahe keh raha Its Practical! For me ur net is very much normal u dont need even to check ur telehphone Line, if you are getting 100 KBPS, it is more than enough!!!

1Mb Connection per maximum 140Kb/S Speed Aati Hai ...

and 1 mb connection from ptcl in shareing so dont worry if you got 100 then its mean ok and if you purchase a dedicated line then you will get exect 124kb but you know its not for home .its too much costly so enjoy it .this is the most cheapest package in the world with such a great quality
in the whole world internet is not so cheap like that believe me i visit some other countries but its too much there

MB = Mega bits (not bytes)
250 x 4 = 10,000 (1 Mega Bytes )
agar ap k pass 4 Mega bits k connection hony ya 4 Mega bits ka connection hoga to ap k pass 1 mega byte speed aaye gi..
