webcam problem in win 7

ASSALAM O ALAIKUM!
I have a problem that i am using win 7 but there is problem that i wanna use webcam in it but problem is this my webcam drivers have installed but i don't know that from where i can operate this cam for pc use bcoz it isn't show in my computer icon and when i used to use win xp so it shows in my computer but i don't know that how can i use it in win7 and one thing that i wanna share with u that in win 8 camera option is present but separately but if talk about win 7 so i don't have any idea about it and my drivers r installed if u wanna see my drivers list so i can share.
