You can track your visa applications, get information on Visa requirements, Visa fee, Visa Application Centers or directly talk to an agent for visa inquiry.




How does the UK Visa Information service work?

Simply dial 8865 from your Ufone.
For information in English, press ‘1’ and for information in Urdu, press ‘2’.
You will have six options in the main menu. Press ‘1’ to listen to UK visa requirements, press ‘2’ to get Information on Visa Fees, press ‘3’ for locations of UK Visa application centers, press ’4’ to track your application, for special notices from British High Commission press ‘5’ and to directly talk to an agent, press ‘6’
On pressing ‘1’, you will get five options:

• Press ‘1’ to Listen to general visa requirements.
• Press ‘2’ to Listen to Visit visa requirements.
• Press ‘3’ to Listen to Student visa requirements.
• Press ’4’ For settlement visa requirements.
• Press ‘5’ For Settlement visa requirement as a child/dependant.
Press ‘0’ to go back to the main menu at any time.





How does the Sweden Visa Information service work?
Simply dial 8864 from your Ufone number.
Press ‘1’ for information in English, ‘2’ for information in Urdu and ‘3’ for information in Dari. You can get information on the following categories:
• Visa Requirement and information.
• Visa Fees.

• Locations of Sweden Visa Application Centers.
• Track your visa application.
• Get special notices from Sweden Embassy.
• Embassy Timings.
• Directly talk to an agent.


Visa requirement and information is available for the following categories:
• Press 1 for information on Visit Visa.
• Press 2 for information on Residence Permit/Study Visa.
• Press 3 for information on Business Visa.
• Press 4 for information on Work Permit.
• Press 5 for information about visa for EEA citizen’s family members.
• Press 6 for information about residence visa for family reunification
Charging
Calls to 8864 and 8865 will be charged at Rs. 10/- plus tax per minute.
