    Arrow hi plz help me

    hi plz help me .my problem is that every time when i open a programe espicially which i download from net .when i click that folder for opening( a window start open window installer for photo garrley every time ) i cancel that thing then i can go on my folder. so plz tell me i how i will solve this problem and why this problem start. thankyou
