    Default excel problem

    date likhi hai '01-02-2016 isko 1st feb-2016 karna hai kese hoga format change karnay se bhi nahi ho raha hai kion k ' laga hua hai or yeh coma hatanay k baad formula lag raha hai koi tariq batain k ye ' coma hat jai to lag jai ga formula
