Ager apko Ms. Outlook 2007 man yeh problem aye..................
The Add-in "avast! 4" (C:\Program Files\Alwil Software\Avast4\ashOutXt.dll) cannot be loaded an has been disabled by Outlook. Please contact the Add-in manufacturer for an update. If no update is available, please uninstall the Add-in.
To uska yeh solution ha usky bad apka yeh problem thek ho jaiye ga INSHAALLAH......................
Not need hard to do, follow me:
Tool > Trust Center >Add-ins
At Manage combo box, choose: Exchange Client Extension, click Go
Uncheck AVG Exchange Extension >OK
